Otočec is half way between Ljubljana and Zagreb and 7 kilometres away from the center of Dolenjska, Novo mesto. Only a slightly greater distance separates us from the ancient Pleterje Carthusian Monastery and Kostanjevica, called also the Venice of Dolenjska, as well as from Krško, Brežice or Bela krajina across Gorjanci. The culinary offer of the Otočec Hotels is interesting, diverse and perhaps slightly unusual and out of the ordinary for common taste.
